AWC is hosting a Food Drive for the Contra Costa Solano Food Bank on Thursday, May 5 from 1pm to 4pm. Yes, this is the same day as the Jewelry Sale, and we purposely planned it to benefit both of these causes!
"The Alamo Women’s Club is partnering with the Contra Costa County Solano Food Bank to host a Food Drive on May 5, from 1 to 4. It's as simple as dropping off non-perishable food in our Clubhouse parking lot at 1401 Danville Blvd, Alamo. You don't even have to get out of your car. Our enthusiastic volunteers will accept your canned and packaged goods and thank you for contributing to the fight to end hunger in our communities.
